Description
TECBOND 9622 has been developed for the foam bonding applications used in mattress manufacture and for use on Bickers machines for point of sale applications. The adhesive is suitable for both spray and bead application. It has a long open time, high initial grab and excellent adhesion to a wide variety of foams commonly used in mattress construction. A very universal grade used product assembly applications.
Methods of application
Tecbond adhesives supplied in Pillows and Eco-Blocks aimed at product assembly for use in bulk dispensing equipment such as Nordson DuraBlue systems for demanding or continuous gluing applications or the Tec 4500 Pneumatic glue guns for rework, testing or R&D development
Suggested application temperature
Suggested application temperature is 160-180ºC depending on substrates to be bonded.
