Green HMP hot melt purge for hot melt systems will quickly breakdown hot melt residues (EVA/PS) and loosen char build up within hoses and tanks, which can prevent applicator wheels from binding, erratic pump stroking and hose constrictions. Green HMP is a mineral oil free product developed for use in the food packaging industry, and is NSF approved.

GREEN HMP is a low viscosity cleaning fluid for use in all hose fed hot melt application equipment. GREEN HMP dissolves all hot melt adhesives by reducing the viscosity and loosening decomposed charred material.

How to Use

Green HMP should be used in previously emptied melt tanks and re-circulated through as much of the application equipment as required. Ideal temperatures of use are 140 – 170°C (284-338°F). To achieve best results, re-circulate for as long as possible to throughly clear the system of all debris.
