Customer Bulletin – 03/10/2017
Early this morning there was a major road traffic collision resulting in the closure of the M5 Southbound between Junction 19-20
The closure delayed some of DPD trailers heading to their Exeter and Cornwall depots, however we’re pleased to say the majority of the trailers have made it to the depot and those parcels will go out for delivery today.
One trailer bound for the Exeter depot will unfortunately not arrive until later today meaning some parcels will incur a 24 hour delay.
We are working hard to minimise any impact and if you have provided us with your contact details we will inform you if your delivery will be late.
